We do not have a physical shop or show room. We are an online store only.

We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

How do I receive my order?

We ship your order directly to your residential/business address via door-to-door courier service.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within South Africa. 

I live overseas, can I purchase a gift or product for a friend or family member living in South Africa?

Yes absolutely. You can make payment via EFT, PayFast or PayPal. Ensure you enter your friend or family member’s address and phone number in the “Shipping Address” field and your address and contact details in the “Invoice Address” field. How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders over R2000. Please see our “Delivery & Returns” for more information.

Does furniture have a shipping fee?

No, if the value of you order is over R2000. Please see our “Delivery & Returns” for more information.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be done via our secure payment gateway PayfastPayfast is South Africa’s leading payment gateway offering fast and secure payments. 

EFT payments can be made with traditional South African internet banking. You will receive and email and invoice with our banking details. The full amount must be deposited into our account and proof of payment emailed to info@littleslothco.co.za. Orders will be shipped once the payment reflects in our account – please note that this may take up to 2 working days.

Do you allow for collections?

No, not currently.

Can I return a product I ordered?

Yes, if you would like to return or exchange a product from our general merchandise, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please see our “Delivery & Returns” for more information.

What products cannot be returned?

Customised, personalised, discounted, sale items or made to order furniture cannot be returned. 

Items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons include but are not limited to; pacifier clips, pacifier cases, rattles, teethers, bibs, cutlery and crockery.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Our orders are shipped a.s.a.p. and within 2 working days. Some of our products have longer lead times such as furniture. Please note these lead times on the product description page. 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will notify you via email and WhatsApp that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number and courier information. You can track your order online using the waybill number.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Courier within Johannesburg and Pretoria takes 1-2 working days. 

Main city centres such as Durban, Cape Town, etc, between 3-4 working days.

Outlaying and rural areas can take up to 10 working days as most courier companies may only deliver to certain outlying and rural areas once or twice a week.

Can I send my order as a gift to a friend or family member?

Yes. Please let us know that the order is a gift, in the comments section under shipping method at checkout. Ensure you enter your friend or family member’s address and phone number in the “Shipping Address” field and your address and contact details in the “Invoice Address” field.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, select the option for gift wrapping and we will wrap your gift for you before shipping it.

Can I have my cot or compactum in a different size? 

Yes. Please contact us at info@littleslothco.co.za and we will be happy to assist you in creating the right size furniture for you. 

Can I make changes to the design of my cot or compactum?

Yes. We manufacture and design our furniture here in South Africa, we can design furniture to your needs. Email us at info@littleslothco.co.za.

Does my furniture come fully assembled?

Certain products do come fully assembled and others require assembly. Each product page will give you more information regarding assembly.

Cots: ship flat packed, with instructions and hardware. Easy to assemble and requires 2 people.

Compactums: ship fully assembled.

My product is damaged, what must I do?

If your order is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us immediately on +27 72 186 6805 or info@littleslothco.co.za.
